USA tennis star Coco Gauff heads to the final WTA 1000 tournament of the year at the 2025 Wuhan Open (6-12 October).

The world number three is competing for a first title since Roland-Garros 2025, having reached two WTA 1000 finals and ending as runner-up on both occasions.

Gauff reached the semi-finals in her last tournament, the China Open, falling in an all-US tie to Amanda Anisimova. The 21-year-old third seed begins her Wuhan campaign on Wednesday (8 October) against Japan's Uchijima Moyuka.
