Morgan Rogers has batted away the noise surrounding his future ahead of England's World Cup campaign.

When asked about the Arsenal speculation, Rogers told The Rest Is Football: "I think the first time it ever happened it was.

"You’re in an uncomfortable spot of not realising that people have so much interest in you and you’re not quite realising that.

"But as you get older and gain experience along the way, you know that comes with it and 95 per cent of it is just noise.

"You hear it, course you do. You can’t help not [hearing it]. You know it’s there but you’ve got to use it in a positive way.

"You just try and get on with your game and just focus."

Tottenham could face an uphill battle to keep Micky van de Ven on their hands.

The defender featured for Spurs as they finished 17th for a second consecutive season, narrowly avoiding relegation to the Championship.

Without European football, Spurs could face an uphill battle to keep hold of their best talents, with Van de Ven among the at-risk players.

It's reported by the Sunday Mirror that Real Madrid are among the teams keeping tabs on the Dutchman.

Arsenal are said to be keen on signing Sandro Tonali this summer.

The Newcastle midfielder has been linked with a move away from St. James' Park.

Manchester United has been touted as the most likely destination so far.

It's claimed United view Tonali as their first-choice target in midfield.

However, according to the Evening Standard, Arsenal are now considered in the mix.

There had been suggestions that he was liked by Arsenal during the January transfer window, with talk of a surprise January bid.

Nothing materialised and Tonali remained at Newcastle for the rest of the campaign.

But with Newcastle having missed out on European football of any kind, it's suggested the Magpies could be about to lose the Italian.
