Adelaide has made three changes for its blockbuster game against the Western Bulldogs at Marvel Stadium on Thursday night.Defender Nick Murray will return to the line-up, as confirmed by Senior Coach Matthew Nicks earlier on Wednesday.Murray has been named alongside forwards Riley Thilthorpe and Luke Pedlar.Thilthorpe returns after missing last week due to suspension, while Pedlar earned a recall after finishing the SANFL win against South Adelaide with three goals, five tackles, three clearances and a spectacular mark.Executive Manager Football Adam Kelly explained the reasons behind the trio’s inclusions.“We have great depth with our taller defensive players and whilst Nick has not been in the team over recent weeks he has remained very ready for a recall and has proven himself at AFL level,” Kelly said.“Luke has performed consistently in his role forward of the ball across nine games this season, continuing to demonstrate his combativeness and ability to impact the game in moments.“Riley is clearly one of our most important players and he is a much welcomed return to our line up.”Veteran forward Taylor Walker will miss the game due to suspension, while Callum Ah Chee and Jordon Butts have been sidelined due to a hamstring and calf injury, respectively.Finnbar Maley, Billy Dowling and Reilly O’Brien have been named on the emergency list.Adelaide faces the Western Bulldogs at Marvel Stadium on Thursday at 7pm (ACST).The game will be broadcast live on Channel 7, Fox Footy and Kayo.IN: Murray, Pedlar, Thilthorpe.OUT: Walker (suspension), Ah Chee, Butts (injured).
