‘With My Chouchou’ - Stefanos Tsitsipas and Girlfriend Kristen Thoms Enjoy ‘Off-Grid’ Escape Ahead of Grass Season

Stefanos Tsitsipas recently suffered a disappointing second-round loss to Matteo Arnaldi at the French Open. Rather than dwelling on the setback, however, the Greek took time to recharge and unwind in the scenic Cyclades islands of his native Greece alongside his girlfriend, Kristen Thoms.

Following his brief stint at the French Open, Tsitsipas spent quality time with his girlfriend Kristen Thoms while exploring the picturesque Cyclades islands. He also shared highlights from their sun-soaked, "off-grid" adventures ahead of his return to the tour for the grass-court season.

"Off-grid with my chouchou 🧿," he captioned his Instagram post.

Thoms also documented memories from the idyllic trip in an Instagram post.

Tsitsipas was previously in a high-profile relationship with fellow tennis star Paula Badosa, which ended in 2025. Later that same year, the Greek started dating Thoms, who played collegiate tennis at Florida Atlantic University, and has since built a career as a model and social media influencer.

The couple went public with their relationship in January 2026, and Thoms soon became a familiar presence at the 27-year-old's tournaments. They made waves at the Madrid Open in particular, as Tsitsipas was spotted sharing an emotional embrace with his girlfriend after a tough win, while Thoms was seen bonding with his parents in the stands.

Tsitsipas also opened up about their relationship during his campaign at the ATP Masters 1000 event, gushing over Thoms and revealing why he always seeks her out during difficult moments on court.

"She's super cute. I love seeing her face in difficult moments. She's the person I'm always seeking out in difficult match moments. She has been there for me for a very long time. She knows about tennis, and that's what makes it special to be on court. She's played tennis herself, knows the psychology of tennis," he said.

The Greek expressed gratitude for her support while highlighting their efforts to create meaningful memories together amid the demands of the tennis calendar.

"She's been a great support so far in my tennis journey, in my matches. I had her here last week too. We're trying to obviously be with each other as much as we can because the tour is very demanding and requires a lot of travel. So I really want to spend as much time as possible building memories on court and off court," he added.

After enjoying his relaxing getaway with Kristen Thoms, Stefanos Tsitsipas will hope to be refreshed for his return to action in the qualifiers of the Terra Wortmann Open in Halle. The Greek has also received a wildcard to compete at the ATP 250 event in Mallorca in the lead-up to the Wimbledon Championships.
