Brendan Rodgers has made no secret of the fact he wants more signings at Celtic - with temperatures ramping up a notch after the goalless draw with Kairat Almaty.

Royal Antwerp’s winger Michel-Ange Balikwisha on their radar with Voetbal Primeur claiming the wide man is a "stone's throw" from joining Celtic after Marwan Al-Sahafi was brought in from Al-Ittihad as a replacement.

Celtic are also said to be on alert about the availability of Feyenoord's Calvin Stengs. Voetbal International claim that the Dutch side have told suitors they "willing to cooperate in a sale" for a fee in the region of £5.1million.

The search for a new left-back has rumbled on throughout the summer following Greg Taylor's departure at the end of last season.

Kieran Tierney has been the go-to this season with Hayato Inamura yet to make a competitive appearance this term.

Djurgarden wonderkid Keita Kosugi has stated he is keen on a move away from Sweden already amid reported interest from Celtic, Everton and PSG.

Djurgarden are reportedly willing to accept a fee in the region of £5.5m, and the 19-year-old has admitted he would like to leave the Danish side if an offer comes in.
