New round of talks between AC Milan and Man United as Napoli loom

Both Milan and Napoli are interested in Manchester United forward Rasmus Hojlund, and multiple sources in Italy claim that the Rossoneri will make contact with the Red Devils today.

Milan directors are expected to continue Hojlund talks with Manchester United today, according to Gazzetta and Corriere dello Sport.

Milan push for Hojlund with new round of talks

Gazzetta claims that Milan are leading the race to sign the ex-Atalanta forward as the Serie A giants are open to including an obligation to buy in the deal and match Manchester United’s €40m asking price.

Hojlund is Milan’s main target in attack, but the Rossoneri want to make sure they can quickly close an agreement with the Red Devils.

Napoli target Hojlund and other strikers

As per Corriere dello Sport, Napoli may have a slight advantage over their domestic rivals given that the Partenopei will play Champions League football in 2025-26.

The defending Serie A champions have also been linked with other strikers, including Genk’s Tolu Arokodare and Roma’s Artem Dovbyk, following an injury to Romelu Lukaku.
