The women's singles final takes place on Day 14 of the 2026 Australian Open in Melbourne on Saturday 31 January.

It is one of three championship matches at the Rod Laver Arena, where top seed Aryna Sabalenka takes on sixth seed Elena Rybakina in the final.

Sabalenka is looking to secure a fifth Grand Slam title, her third in Melbourne, with her eighth major final appearance in the last four years.

Rybakina, meanwhile, is closing in on the second of her career, four years on from winning her first at Wimbledon. This is her first Grand Slam final since 2023.

Show court matches will begin at 11:00 local time (AEDT, GMT+11) in Melbourne, while matches on the main court begin at 12:00.

The women's final will begin from 19:30 local time.
