Texas football must do what it couldn’t in two tries last season to keep its hopes of a College Football Playoff alive: Beat Georgia.So far, Texas hasn't done enough while falling behind 14-3 at halftime. The Longhorns have committed seven penalties for 43 yards compared to no penalties for Georgia, and quarterback Arch Manning isn't getting much help from his receivers, who have a handful of drops.
