Ben Manenti top-scored for the Italians with a knock of 26 off 21 balls. Meanwhile, Shamar Joseph took a four-wicket haul. Earlier, Shai Hope powered West Indies to 165/6 in 20 overs in their ongoing T20 World Cup match in Kolkata on Thursday. Shai Hope's knock came to an end in the 16th over as Kalugamage removed Shai Hope for 75 off 46 balls. Ali Hasan struck in the second over, dismissing opener Brandon King for four off six balls. Meanwhile, Draca dismissed Shimron Hetmyer in the fifth over for one off four balls. Then Hope built a partnership with Roston Chase, who lost his wicket in the 13th over for 24 off 25 balls. Meanwhile, Ben Manenti and Crishan Kalugamage took two-wicket hauls. Initially, Italy won the toss and opted to bowl.
