The summer window is in full flow as the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham all work on getting huge deals over the line. Arsenal remain interested in signing both Morgan Rogers and Bruno Guimaraes, which could cost a combined £200million, and are now being linked with Esri Konsa. The Gunners were confident of snapping up wonderkid Jeremy Monga, but Manchester City have pounced.

Tottenham are expected to announce the £100m signing of Sandro Tonali, and are now said to be setting their sights on Eli Junior Kroupi and have been offered Rafael Leao. Spurs are not messing about. Chelsea have ended their interest in Granit Xhaka after failing to lure him from Sunderland, but are close to sealing a deal for Pep Chavarria. Real Madrid have confirmed they will not purse Enzo Fernandez.

Manchester United are assessing a number of midfield targets - including Alex Scott, Felix Nmecha, Aurelien Tchouameni and Carlos Baleba - and also want to pry Crysencio Summerville from West Ham. Liverpool are being linked with surprise swoops for Pedro Neto and Spurs target Savinho as they look likely to miss out on Yan Diomande. Man City complete Arsenal hijack

Manchester City have successfully hijacking Arsenal’s move for Jeremy Monga.

Fabrizio Romano reports that City have agreements in place on both the club and player side for the Leicester wonderkid.

They will pay a fee of £10m for the 16-year-old winger following crucial talks over his long-term role at the Etihad Stadium with new manager Enzo Maresca.

Arsenal had been locked in talks over Monga for weeks, but could not agree a fee for the highly-rated England youth talent who was also briefly linked with Brentford.

Man Utd talks for Summerville denied

Manchester United remain interested to sign Crysencio Summerville, but suggestions they have entered talks are not true.

That’s according to Fabrizio Romano, who has said: "United's interest in Summerville is not as advanced as some reports suggest. No talks have opened."

It follows reports that United had intensified their interest.

However, it is midfield Man Utd are focusing on rather than attack as it stands.

Chelsea won't give up on Xhaka

Sunderland expect Granit Xhaka to stay at the club after fresh talks with Chelsea, writes Dom Smith.

Standard Sport understands that the Black Cats consider Chelsea’s pursuit of Xhaka to be over and have reminded the Blues that their captain is not for sale.

While Sunderland felt Chelsea’s £8million offer last week to buy the Swiss international was disrespectful and undervalued the player, Chelsea’s interest in the influential 33-year-old midfielder remains.

Xhaka is attracted by the proposition of playing under Alonso again. Sunderland insist, however, that he has now restated his commitment to the club.

Chelsea retain a certain amount of hope that the situation might be retrievable, even though Sunderland have maintained throughout that Xhaka is strictly not for sale.

Man Utd offered Kounde

Manchester United have been offered Barcelona defender Jules Kounde.

The French international is highly regarded, but any deal is expected to cost £50million in a transfer fee and more than £200,000 per week in wages.

Man Utd are not currently expected to pursue a move for versatile defender, TEAMtalk reports.

A left-back remains a priority for the summer window though.

Arsenal determined to sign Rogers

Arsenal are prepare for talks with Aston Villa over Morgan Rogers to drag on.

There is an acceptance that negotiations will take some time, with Villa currently demanding well over £100 million.

Villa are under no pressure to sell, with Rogers tied to a long-term contract until 2031, putting them in a strong negotiating position.

While Arsenal are considered favourites, Chelsea and Manchester City are also monitoring developments.

If Rogers eventually departs, Villa could turn their attention to Tottenham midfielder James Maddison as a potential replacement.

Jurgen Klopp confirms talks over Germany job

“Yes, I can confirm the talks. Things moved pretty quickly. Julian stepped down. The DFB are looking for a successor. And they’re talking to me.

“Time. I’m under contract with Red Bull. I’ve said I’m interested in the talks. They will be intensive because this isn’t only about Julian Nagelsmann.

Leao 'offered to Tottenham'

Portugal and AC Milan star Rafael Leao has been offered to Tottenham.

The winger has made clear his desire to leave Milan this summer, and reports in Italy suggest he has been offered to money-spinning Tottenham, who have already been very busy in the summer transfer window.

Tyrique George to leave Chelsea

Chelsea and Everton have reached an agreement for the transfer of Tyrique George.

The young winger spent the second half of last season on loan on Merseyside, and reports suggest the Toffees are set to bring him in permanently.

They are yet to agree personal terms with the player, though.

Big Ange is back!

Ange Postecoglou is back in work. He has taken over Saudi side Al Nassr, replacing Jorge Jesus on a two-year deal.

He will work with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane next season.
