Record ticket sales already for ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026

The upcoming ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026 in England and Wales has become the highest-selling edition in the tournament’s history. Ticket sales have already surpassed 145,000 with 30 days still to go for the opening match between England and Sri Lanka in Birmingham, with six games taking place in Bristol.

The Bristol County Ground welcomes eight teams across six fixtures in June and tickets are selling fast. Established cricketing nations New Zealand, Sri Lanka, West Indies, South Africa, Pakistan, Ireland and Scotland will join tournament newcomers Netherlands in playing group stage fixtures in Bristol.

Ticket sales continue at a brisk pace and are set to cross the 150,000-mark soon as anticipation grows ahead of the mega event that will see the world’s top women cricketers in action during a 24-day spectacle to be played across seven iconic venues in England and Wales.

This year’s ticket sales have surpassed the total fan attendance of 136,549 recorded across the entirety of the 2020 edition in Australia, highlighting the extraordinary momentum behind women’s cricket and the growing global demand for the women’s game.

And ahead of the tournament, the ICC and its charity partner UNICEF will once again deliver Cricket 4 Good clinics in local communities featuring young cricketers receiving playing tips and skills training from the stars of the tournament’s participating teams.
