The event began in 2011 and has raised a combined €1.9 million for cancer research. All funds raised from the sale of the tickets and donations will go directly to funding vital cancer research.

Hurling for Cancer Research takes place on Monday 24 August at Netwatch Cullen Park, Carlow. You can purchase an adult (€10) or child (€5) ticket in Centra and SuperValu stores nationwide (see list of participating stores here) or buy online at www.ticketmaster.ie.
