KSI Hit With WWE Style Move In Football Game

KSI got some WWE flashbacks during a charity football match.

Some of the biggest social media creators and football legends split into two teams for the Match for Hope charity football game at the Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium in Doha, Qatar, on January 30. The cause has raised over $19.5 million since its inception in 2024 to support the Education Above All Foundation.

KSI, who was part of team AboFlah, found himself in an interesting situation during the match. Algerian social media personality Bilal Fadili, who played for Team Chunkz, hilariously took KSI down with a wrestling move.

After KSI knocked the ball past Fadili, the latter jumped onto his shoulder and executed a Hurricanrana, sending KSI to the ground. Fadili then proceeded to cover KSI, with another player rushing in to count the pin. The referee let it slide, not calling for a foul, and Diego Costa capitalized on the loose ball by scoring a goal. The clip has since gone viral on social media.

KSI’s teammate, MrBeast, also had a hilarious moment when he tried to offer a briefcase full of money to Team Chunkz’ goalkeeper while attempting a penalty kick. In the end, his team lost the match 7-8.

KSI has made a couple of appearances for WWE over the years. He first appeared at WrestleMania 39, dressed as the PRIME mascot, and ended up taking an accidental frog splash from Logan Paul through the announce table during the Maverick’s match against Seth Rollins. He then appeared on the March 8, 2024, episode of SmackDown, where he took an RKO from Randy Orton.
