He scored 60 goals in 205 appearances for Leeds but was told he had no future at the club by manager Daniel Farke.MORE CELTIC STORIESIs Kelechi Iheanacho pursuit under threat?As mentioned, it was revealed that Celtic were trying to sign former Leicester City striker Iheanacho after his release from La Liga side Sevilla.Iheanacho worked under Brendan Rodgers at the King Power Stadium, and was able to get the best football out of the Nigerian at that time.However, Celtic may be embarrassed further this summer after a report was dropped by Turkish publication Samsun Gazetesi.They state that Samsunspor are also interested, while teams from Saudi Arabia have also been credited with an interest.
