Aryna Sabalenka Styles Magda Butrym’s Flirty Draping for Moroccanoil Event

Aryna Sabalenka styled flirty finesse in Magda Butrym for a special event celebrating her new appointment as an ambassador for Moroccanoil at Le Jardin Sur Madison in New York City. The event took place Thursday night, just ahead of the 2026 U.S. Open Grand Slam tennis tournament.

The four-time Grand Slam champion wore a draped cotton and silk pink minidress for the night's tennis-themed festivities. Crafted of cotton and silk, the dress featured draping at the miniskirt, short sleeves and a wide, elevated collar.

The Polish designer's pieces are a favorite among several high-profile figures, including Emily Blunt, Amanda Seyfried and Natalie Portman, who've all worn dresses by the couturier. Known widely for her modern flair and statement-making style, Butrym's eponymous label curates a contemporary collection of power dressing moments.

With a thriving professional tennis career, Sabalenka's begun to expand her partnerships with luxury brands. WWD spoke exclusively with the athlete about her latest appointment as an ambassador for Moroccanoil.

"As an athlete, I'm constantly putting my hair through styling, travel and different environments, so I take my hair health very seriously," the U.S. Open women's singles defending champion said.

"I love that Moroccanoil embraces how beauty and performance go hand in hand, and its added health and shine to my hair, which helps me feel confident and ready for whatever's next."

Along with her newfound partnership with Moroccanoil, Sabalenka also serves as an ambassador for Gucci, joining the Italian luxury fashion house in January 2026. Though her on-court tennis kits have reflected her ongoing collaboration with Nike, the athlete has also brought a few Gucci pieces out ahead of play, including the $3,650 Paparazzo large top-handle bag she toted during the Rome Open last May.

Sabalenka's Moroccanoil ambassadorship celebration comes mere days ahead of first-round match at the 2026 U.S. Open. While fan week kicked off on Aug. 23, singles and doubles matches begin on Sunday with Sabalenka taking on Camila Osorio in the opening round. Sabalenka will try for a three-peat at the 2026 U.S. Open, defending her title as the women's singles champion for another year in a row.
