The 19-year-old Jakub Mensik and world No 19 Francisco Cerundolo will compete in Chubb UTS Hong Kong with Humansa.UTS is set to make its Asia debut in Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Arena on October 14-15.Mensik and Cerundolo will play in the $1.1 million tournament against the likes of world No 10 Andrey Rublev, world No 13 Alex de Minaur, 2022 Wimbledon runner-up Nick Kyrgios and Olympic silver medalist Zhang Zhizhen.The new entrants have enjoyed decent success on the ATP Tour this season, with the world No 17 Czech winning the Miami Open in March (d. Novak Djokovic in final) and the Argentinian regaining entry into the top 20 in May.Two more players will be added to the already strong field soon.Founder Mouratoglou and HKCTA president look forward to Asia debutPatrick Mouratoglou founded the fast-paced tennis league on European soil in 2020 and the spectacle has thrilled the fans in North and South America since then.
