Chelsea plan new Alex Scott offer

Chelsea are pondering a fresh bid for Alex Scott.

The Bournemouth midfielder is very much in demand this summer after helping the Cherries into Europe last term and has also been linked with the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool.

Chelsea appear to be the most interested in Scott, however, having seen an opening approach worth £64m rejected last week.

Sky Germany now claim that the Blues are weighing up an improved second offer for the 22-year-old, who spent time with the England squad before the World Cup.

Liverpool plot huge Bradley Barcola bid

The Bradley Barcola transfer saga is moving at pace now, with suggestions that Liverpool are plotting a huge bid for the PSG forward.

As already mentioned, it was reported on Sunday that any club wishing to sign Barcola this summer would have to pay a mammoth £145m.

Such an exorbitant price tag does not appear to have scared off Liverpool, who are keen to beat Arsenal in the fight for the France international as they try to replace Mohamed Salah.

According to transfer specialist Nicolo Schira, Liverpool have agreed personal terms with Barcola on a bumper contract until 2032 and are now planning to test the waters with PSG with an initial offer worth in excess of €100m.

Tottenham are said to be in advanced talks over a move for Savinho.

Spurs have been linked with a swoop for Manchester City’s Brazilian winger for months now.

The Sun report that negotiations over Savinho are well advanced, with the player becoming Tottenham’s new priority target during a busy summer window so far.

However, they appear to face stiff competition from AC Milan, who are believed to view Savinho as an ideal replacement for Rafael Leao.

Arsenal and Liverpool told Bradley Barcola price

Arsenal and Liverpool have been told just how much it will take to land Bradley Barcola this summer.

The France forward has been a target for both Premier League giants as they seek to retool their respective attacks in this transfer window.

Liverpool appear to have been winning the battle for Barcola with Yan Diomande off to Real Madrid and Maghnes Akliouche seemingly choosing Paris Saint-Germain, while Arsenal are now focused on Vinicius Jr.

However, PSG are apparently demanding an eye-watering £145m for Barcola, per The Times, having been influenced by the recent prices for England duo Morgan Rogers and Elliot Anderson - who cost £117m and £116m respectively.

Man Utd agree deal with Manu Kone

Manchester United look to be edging towards a deal for Manu Kone.

The France international has been identified at Old Trafford as an ideal third midfield signing this summer following the recent arrivals of Andrey Santos and Youri Tielemans.

The Red Devils are said to be plotting an offer to Roma worth approximately £42.7m after Real Madrid withdrew from a transfer race that may also include the likes of Chelsea and Saudi club Al-Hilal.

talkSPORT claim that Arsenal will step up their move for Guimaraes again this week, with Newcastle potentially already planning for life after the 28-year-old.

Reports in Brazil suggest that another Selecao international - Botafogo midfielder Danilo - is eyeing a return to the Premier League after links to Newcastle as Guimaraes’ replacement.
