Lauren Bell is such an impressive bowler, so consistent. Her first over against South Africa was a little bit expensive but she is on the money today.

She gets that lovely shape away from the left-handers.

Sharmin Akter Supta dropped on 0

This is a drop! Five balls in Sharmin Akter Supta nicks one low to Heather Knight's left hand at slip.

It's tough, really tough, but I think it carried.

For England, they hammered South Africa previously but they cannot take this for granted. They need to be on their 'A' game.

If they can get Bangladesh out for less than 200 then it is a win for England. 150 or 160 would be a statement.

We've mentioned how little England play Bangladesh, but it's also worth mentioning the gulf between teams in this tournament in terms of how much they play overall.

Bangladesh's opening game against Pakistan was their first since the qualifiers for this tournament, which took place in April.

This is the right decision from Nat Sciver-Brunt. It is bright blue sky above us but it does look stormy in the distance.

It is rocket hot here which suggests the storms are going to come in later.

England's XI immediately ends any speculation about whether Nat Sciver-Brunt or Charlotte Edwards might want to prioritise getting their batters time in the middle.

They want to be ruthless, and with South Africa boosting their net run-rate against New Zealand yesterday, England are eyeing a big win here.

Bangladesh have got a bit about them with their bowling. They can keep teams down to a decent total.

I have them down to finish fifth in this tournament - they are my dark horse.

How good are Bangladesh?

Bangladesh are not a team England face often - in men's or women's cricket. This is only their second meeting in women's ODIs.

The Tigresses (excellent nickname) are currently seventh in the world rankings and came through qualifying to qualify for this tournament, seeing off the challenge of West Indies, Scotland and Ireland among others.

They were impressive in their victory over Pakistan last week. They bowled their opponents out for 129 and knocked off the target inside 32 overs.

Keep an eye out for Marufa Akter. She's an exciting 20-year-old seamer.

Bangladesh captain Nigar Sultana: "We wanted to bat.

"It [the victory over Pakistan] gave us good confidence. Today is a new day.

"We just want to play our best today. We have been looking forward to seeing our batting unit click. It happened in our last game."

'We're feeling pretty confident'

England captain Nat Sciver-Brunt: "We had a lot of success so everyone is feeling pretty confident. We don’t expect that to happen all the time so start a fresh today and make an impact with the ball."

On how practice has been: "It has been really good. We rested and prepared in the same way that we would typically. The practice has been as purposeful as possible."

On Linsey Smith's success in the first game: "Linsey was bowling with a newer ball than she was used to. To use her swing was the most important thing."

Hello, hello.

England were superb in their opening match at this World Cup, when they beat South Africa by 10 wickets.

Today they may their second match against Bangladesh, also in Guwahati. It's a game they're expected to win but an opponent that should not be taken lightly.
